| Opis awersu | Central crowned oval shield bearing the impaled arms of Würzburg: the Franconian rake (three silver diagonal stripes on red) dexter and the pontifical key of Saint Kilian sinister, all set within an elaborate baroque foliate frame. The shield is surmounted by a bishop's crown with a cross finial at its apex. The entire composition is flanked by symmetrical branches in high relief against a plain field. The coin's milled border runs along the entire periphery. |
