Issued as part of Turkey's "Anatolian Civilizations" commemorative series, this piece honors the Western Huns — a nomadic confederation whose westward pressure across the Eurasian steppe in the late 4th century AD set off a cascade of migrations that contributed directly to the collapse of the Western Roman Empire.
