Reverse description Central field bearing a two-line Arabic legend enclosed within a beaded border that follows the coin's irregular outline. The inscription, reading 'The just sultan' (السلطان العادل), is executed in a raised, cursive Arabic script typical of late sixteenth-century Acehnese hammered gold issues. The bold letterforms are tightly composed to fit the small flan, with the beaded circle providing a clear boundary between the legend and the plain rim. The surface shows the characteristic uneven texture and slight curvature of a hand-hammered gold kupang.
