| Obverse description | Central field features the crowned coat of arms of the Grand Duchy of Baden, displaying the characteristic diagonal bend of the Baden arms, supported on either side by draped mantling tied with cords. A royal crown surmounts the shield. The circular legend GROSHERZOGTHUM BADEN arcs around the upper periphery, and the date 1813 appears in the lower exergual area. The coin exhibits a milled border with an inner beaded rim. |
