Reverse description The Danish Royal coat of arms, quartered and displayed on a shield surmounted by the Royal Crown, occupies the central field. The shield features the three lions passant with hearts of Denmark, the two lions of Schleswig, three crowns for Sweden, the ram for the Faroe Islands, a polar bear for Greenland, and additional heraldic charges. The date is split to either side of the shield, with '19' at left and the final two digits at right. The denomination '1 KRONE' is inscribed in large capital letters along the lower periphery. A raised inner rim borders the entire design.
