Reverse description An armored arm issuing from a cloud at left holds a drawn sword, severing a hand that reaches from the right toward a royal crown positioned at center; the dramatic scene is partially enclosed within a beaded circle. The composition commemorates the Danish defeat of the Swedish besieging force during the Battle of Copenhagen (11 February 1659). The peripheral Latin legend outside the beaded circle reads SOLI DEO GLORIA ('Glory to God alone'), followed by the date reference ii Feb, denoting the 11th of February 1659.
