| Reverse description | A large, elaborately detailed royal crown occupies the center of the field, rendered in high relief with fleurs-de-lis, pearls, and scrollwork typical of Baroque heraldic design. The date 1666 appears above the crown, with a small cross atop the central arch. The mintmaster's initials G and K flank the crown at lower left and lower right respectively. The motto DOMINVS PROVIDEBIT ('The Lord will provide') is inscribed in a curved arrangement beneath the crown within an inner circle, while the full ducal and comital titulature of Frederik III is arranged in a continuous legend around the outer border. |
