| Beschrijving voorzijde | Draped bust of Bishop Leopold Wilhelm of Austria facing right, depicted in ecclesiastical vestments, occupying the central field. A circular Latin legend runs along the coin's periphery, partially reading LEOPOLD WIL. The portrait is rendered in a crude but characteristic mid-17th century hammered style, with the details of the face and robes showing the limitations of small-flan production. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
Leopold Wilhelm of Austria served as Bishop of Olomouc from 1637 to 1662 while simultaneously holding ecclesiastical positions in Passau, Strasbourg, Halberstadt, and Magdeburg — an accumulation of benefices made possible by his Habsburglineage rather than pastoral vocation. He was also, more consequentially, Governor-General of the Spanish Netherlands and a field commander during the Thirty Years' War. These small kreuzer issues of the early 1650s were struck in the immediate aftermath of the Peace of Westphalia, as Moravia's shattered economy slowly resumed normal coin circulation.
