Obverse description Draped bust of Archduke Leopold V facing right, wearing an elaborate crown. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detail on the drapery and facial features. A circular beaded inner border frames the portrait. The Latin legend runs continuously around the periphery of the coin, reading LEOPOLDVS D G ARCHI A.

Reverse description Two shifted or saltire crosses arranged within a beaded inner circle, forming the central decorative motif. At the centre top, the Tyrol eagle shield is prominently displayed.
