Reverse description The reverse bears a central inscription in Latin characters reading KREIZER I, denoting the denomination of one Kreuzer, arranged in two lines across the field. Below the denomination numeral, a small cross or dividing mark separates the legend elements. The hammered flan is irregular and clipped, characteristic of the debased copper Kipper coinage struck under the Bishopric of Eichstätt during the monetary crisis of 1621–1622. The field is largely plain with no additional decorative elements visible. Heavy copper corrosion and green patination affect the surfaces throughout.
