| Reverse description | A large ornate cross patée occupies the central field, its four arms splaying toward the coin's edge, with a small heraldic shield at the centre bearing the Styrian panther. A beaded inner circle frames the cross design. The peripheral legend MON NOV STI 83 — abbreviating 'Moneta Nova Styriae' with the last two digits of the year 1483 — runs around the outer field, separated by stops. The execution is characteristic of hammered late-medieval coinage produced at the Graz mint. |
