The date 1713 appears in the upper segment of the surrounding legend. The full circular Latin inscription reads SVPREM. PRIN. COM. VAL. ET. R. 1713, recording Frederick's titles as Supreme Prince and Count of Valangin and Rietberg. A beaded inner border frames the legend. |
