Reverse description Displayed double-headed imperial eagle with spread wings occupying the central field, bearing the Habsburg arms on its breast, within a beaded inner circle. The eagle's heads are crowned and face outward, rendered in the bold, somewhat schematic style typical of hammered Habsburg kreuzer coinage. The encircling Latin legend reads ARCHID A I BC TV followed by the mint year, referencing Ferdinand II's title as Archduke of Austria. The date appears in the lower portion of the legend, and a mint mark is present at the base of the design.
