Beschrijving voorzijde	Central field dominated by a large cross pattée with radiating lines emanating from the centre, creating a distinctive wheel or sun-cross motif typical of Tyrolean kreuzer coinage of the early sixteenth century. The arms of the cross extend nearly to the coin's irregular edge, dividing the field into four quadrants. A circular Latin legend surrounds the design, reading MON CIVI CON STA, an abbreviation for 'Moneta Civitatis Constantiae' or the mint attribution, rendered in Gothic letterforms. The strike is characteristic of hammered production, resulting in slight irregularities in the flan and relief. The coin exhibits natural wear and toning consistent with extended circulation.
