Obverse description Laureate, armored and draped bust of Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI facing right, with legend commencing at 12 o'clock and running clockwise around the periphery, enclosed by an inner circle. The denomination numeral '1' appears below the shoulder truncation. The portrait is rendered in the baroque court style characteristic of early 18th-century Austrian imperial coinage.
