| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse displays the crowned arms of Ulm — a crosshatched shield surmounted by a mural crown — framed by elaborate baroque cartouche scrollwork with small floral ornaments at the sides and base. The circular legend reads ULM · KREUZER · followed by the date, arranged around the upper periphery of the field. Below the shield, the mintmaster's initials F·H appear in the lower field. The entire design is contained within a plain inner border and a beaded outer rim. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse features a displayed imperial double-headed eagle with spread wings, each head facing outward, surmounted by a single imperial crown. On the breast of the eagle is a plain shield bearing the numeral 1, denoting the denomination. The eagle's talons clutch sceptre and orb, rendered in fine relief. The design is set within a beaded border with a milled edge, consistent with the late Holy Roman Empire coinage style. |
