Obverse description Central field divided into three horizontal registers by raised lines, each containing Arabic script. The legend reads the name and titles of Mughal Emperor Muhammad Akbar II, accompanied by the AH regnal date. The coin is struck in the Mughal epigraphic tradition, with the inscriptions arranged in a characteristic tabular format. The border is composed of a beaded or dotted inner rim.
