| Obverse description | Stylized figure of Garuda, the divine eagle-deity and vahana of Vishnu, depicted standing and facing left in a highly schematic, primitive hammered style. The deity is rendered with spread wings suggested by the angular form, occupying the central field of the flan. The design is enclosed within a beaded border of raised dots encircling the entire periphery of the coin. |
