Obverse description A humped bull (Nandi) depicted in profile facing left at approximately 45 degrees, rendered in low relief in the characteristic crude hammered style of Vijayanagara copper coinage. The animal's body is shown with a pronounced hump, and the flan edge is irregular with a beaded border partially visible around the periphery. The design occupies the majority of the flan, consistent with the compact format of the kasu denomination.

Reverse description Central field bearing a dagger or sword motif flanked by a Kannada script legend reading 'Krishnadevaraya', arranged around the central device in the customary layout of Vijayanagara copper kasu issues. The script is rendered in the medieval Kannada characters typical of the early fifteenth century, struck in low relief on an irregular flan. The lettering fills the available field with minimal border treatment, consistent with the hammered coinage tradition of the empire.
