Obverse description A fish symbol facing left, depicted in low relief at the center of the field, enclosed within a border of large beads forming a complete inner circle. The fish, a dynastic emblem of the Mysore kingdom, is rendered in a primitive but characteristic style typical of hammered copper kasu coinage of the period.
