| Reverse description | Hammered copper reverse displaying a densely arranged Arabic inscription occupying the entire field, rendered in the angular Naskh script characteristic of Kashmiri sultanate coinage. The legend, partially legible due to the crude striking and irregular flan, appears to contain the regnal or mint formula associated with Sultan Haider Shah's issues. Areas of green cuprite and verdigris encrustation are visible across the lower left quadrant of the field. The overall design is typical of the small-denomination kaserah coinage struck at the Kashmir mint during the late 15th century. |
