| 正面描述 | Punch-marked obverse bearing a cluster of five royal banker's marks applied by hammer dies across the flat silver field. The dominant central symbol is a large sun wheel or solar motif with radiating petals, flanked by a taurine symbol at upper left and a six-armed symbol at lower left. Additional subsidiary punches including a floral rosette at lower right and a curved serpentine or hill symbol at upper right complete the composition. The marks are deeply impressed and characteristic of the imperial Mauryan punch-marked coinage issued under Ashoka, executed in the vigorous, schematic style typical of the period. |

| 背面描述 | Plain, nearly uninscribed reverse bearing a single small counter-mark — a floral or rosette punch — applied to the left of centre in high relief against the otherwise smooth, flat silver field. The surface shows extensive areas of reddish-brown and green patination consistent with long burial. The reverse is otherwise undecorated, as is standard for Mauryan punch-marked karshapanas of this period, where the reverse served primarily as the blank anvil face during manufacture. |
