Reverse description Plain or lightly textured reverse field typical of early punch-marked karshapanas, bearing faint incuse impressions left by the anvil during striking. Several small secondary punch marks or banker's marks are visible scattered across the surface, along with minor die-sinking indentations. The flan surface is uneven and slightly concave, consistent with the hammered production technique of the archaic period, and exhibits natural toning and porosity characteristic of ancient silver coinage from the Indian subcontinent.
