正面描述	The obverse is printed in green and centres on a vignette of a pier or causeway extending into the sea, with a hilltop structure visible in the distance. Two serial numbers appear in the upper portion of the note, flanking vertical Chinese inscriptions identifying the issuer and branch; two red seal impressions are affixed at the lower right. The denomination 壹角 is rendered in large Chinese characters within a decorative cartouche at the right.

背面描述	The reverse is executed in green guilloche underprint across the entire field, with two large circular rosette medallions flanking a central panel bearing the bold numeral 10 above the English legend TEN CENTS. The bank title THE CENTRAL BANK OF CHINA runs along the upper border in a banner, while TSINGTAO BRANCH appears in a tablet at the lower centre, with the numeral 10 repeated within each side medallion.
