Reverse description Three vertical lines or strokes occupy the central field, rendered in low relief on the roughly squared, hammered flan. This simple device, likely representing a stylized letter or tally mark, is typical of the minimalist reverse designs found on small-denomination heller coinage of the period. No surrounding legend is present. The flan edges are irregular and uneven, consistent with hand-cut silver strip production. The strike is crude but legible.
