Obverse description Central oval shield bearing the arms of Saxony, composed of alternating horizontal barry stripes bisected by a diagonal rut (Rautenkranz), rendered in low relief typical of early 18th-century German copper coinage. The shield is surmounted by a small electoral crown and flanked on either side by outward-curving palm branches, forming a decorative wreath that frames the entire composition. The overall design is executed in a crude but characteristic hammered-style aesthetic consistent with small-denomination Heller coinage of the period.
