| 背面描述 | A forked-end (pattée-like) cross with bifurcated or fork-shaped terminals at each arm, with a small dot or pellet ornament at each extremity. The cross is centrally placed within the irregular flan, rendered in low hammered relief. No surrounding legend is present, and the plain field shows the typical surface texture of a hand-struck medieval heller. |

Eberhard III ruled Württemberg through a period of near-constant military entanglement, including the disastrous Battle of Döffingen in 1388 — fought against the Swabian League of Cities — where his own son Ulrich was killed even as Württemberg won the field. The county's monetary output during his reign was modest, and these small silver hellers circulated as the lowest practical denomination across a fragmented southwestern German monetary zone where dozens of local authorities struck competing small change.
