正面描述 Crowned shield bearing a central roundel charged with a six-petalled rose or wheel device, representative of the arms of the Principality of Regensburg under Carl Theodor von Dalberg. The crown surmounting the shield is of princely form with a cross at apex. The circular legend arcs around the periphery of the field, reading FÜRST PRIM. SCHEIDE MUNZ, denoting this as a Fürstprimas subsidiary coinage.

附加信息

Charles Theodore von Dalberg was perhaps the most improbable sovereign of the Napoleonic reorganization — a Catholic archbishop-elector who, rather than losing his territories in the dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire in 1806, was rewarded by Napoleon with an enlarged secular principality centered on Frankfurt. The Confederation of the Rhine made him Primate of Germany, a title with no real ecclesiastical teeth but considerable political convenience for French purposes.

The Heller was among the smallest denominations struck for this short-lived state, which ceased to exist after Napoleon's defeat at Leipzig in 1813.
