| 正面描述 | Central field divided vertically: the dexter half displays a spread eagle wing facing left with detailed feather engraving, while the sinister half bears a spoked cartwheel — the combined arms of the Duchy of Racibórz. The design is rendered in a bold, stylised Gothic hammered manner typical of late medieval Silesian coinage. A circular legend in uncial lettering runs along the toothed border of the coin. |

The Duchy of Racibórz occupied an awkward political position throughout the mid-fifteenth century, passing between Bohemian and Silesian overlordship while local lords retained limited minting rights. These small silver hellers circulated primarily within tight regional boundaries — the fractional denomination was the workhorse of petty market transactions, rarely traveling far from the duchy itself. The bracket dating reflects genuine uncertainty about the issuing duke rather than a known range of production years.
