| Beschrijving voorzijde | The quartered shield of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic (ČSFR) occupies the central field, depicting in the upper-left and lower-right quarters the Bohemian double-tailed lion rampant, in the upper-right quarter the Slovak patriarchal cross on a triple mount, and in the lower-left quarter the Slovak patriarchal cross on a double mount. A linden sprig with three-lobed leaf clusters flanks the shield on either side. The legend ČSFR arcs along the upper rim, while the date appears in large numerals below the shield, with the engraver's initial mark incorporated beneath. |

| Aanvullende informatie |
By 1991, the haléř denomination was functionally worthless in everyday commerce — a single piece couldn't buy a fraction of anything. These were struck more out of institutional inertia than economic necessity, as Czechoslovakia was already deep in the political negotiations that would produce the Velvet Divorce the following year. The 1992 issues carry the distinction of being among the last coins produced under a state that would cease to exist on January 1, 1993, split without referendum into the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
