| Obverse description | Central crowned shield bearing a rampant lion to the right, the arms of Overijssel, flanked on either side by the denomination numeral '1' to the left and the abbreviation 'G' to the right. The shield is surmounted by an elaborate royal crown with decorative floral ornaments. A circular legend in Latin runs along the periphery within a beaded border, reading MO : ARG : ORD : FŒD : BELG : TRANSI, identifying the coin as silver money of the federated Netherlands, Overijssel province. |
