Obverse description Plain typeset note with a decorative rectangular border composed of repeated ornamental units. The central text is arranged in multiple scripts — Dutch at the top and centre, Javanese and Arabic scripts in the middle register — with handwritten manuscript entries for the series designation and date. A circular red wax or ink official seal bearing a crowned monogram appears at lower left, accompanied by two manuscript signatures and a red rectangular control stamp at right.
