A large ornate rosette vignette occupies the left portion, partially visible at the cut edge. A bold black overprint reading '500000 MAREK POLSKICH' is superimposed centrally over extensive red letterpress text setting out the legal tender conditions and exchange provisions of the bilet zdawkowy, referencing the Kasa Pożyczkowa and the redemption deadline of 30 stycznia 1925 roku. A cautionary legend against counterfeiting appears at lower left. |

Kasy Skarbowe przyjmują bilety zdawkowe w każdej ilości przy wszelkich wpłatach z wyjątkiem tych wpłat, które w myśl obowiązujących przepisów winny być uiszczane w złocie. Bilety zdawkowe poczynając od dnia 1 listopada 1924 r. będą wymieniane przez Skarb Państwa na bilety zdawkowe względnie bilety Banku Polskiego.
