| Obverse description | Central field features a royal crown in high relief, enclosed within two concentric beaded circles forming inner and outer legend bands. The outer legend reads DEI GRATIA REX BOEMIE in Gothic uncial characters, rendering the king's royal title by divine right. The inner legend band carries the monarch's name, WENCEZLAVS SECVNDVS, identifying the issuing ruler. The overall design is characteristic of the Bohemian groschen type, with the double-circle legend arrangement derived from the French gros tournois prototype. |
