| Obverse description | The crowned arms of Bohemia are displayed at the top of a composite shield surmounted by the Crown of Saint Wenceslas, originally created in 1346 for the coronation of Karl IV of the Holy Roman Empire. The escutcheon is divided into three quarters, with the Bohemian lion occupying the chief position, the Moravian eagle at the lower left, and the Silesian eagle at the lower right. The design is rendered in a formal heraldic style typical of late 18th-century Habsburg coinage. |

| Reverse description | The denomination and date are inscribed in three lines across the central field, reading EIN / GROESCHL / 1781. and below, the Vienna mint mark A, all enclosed within a wreath of laurel and olive branches tied at the base with a floral ornament and surmounted by a floral sprig at the apex. A fine dentilated border frames the entire design. The layout is characteristic of Josephinian-era Austrian coinage, emphasizing clarity and austerity. |
