| Popis rubu | Central field presents the auroch's head, the principal dynastic emblem of Moldavia, depicted en face with prominent curved horns, large ears, and a broad muzzle in a bold, stylised hammered technique. A five-pointed star is placed between the horns above the head, a crescent moon appears to the lower right, and a sword or sceptre is shown to the lower left, all enclosed within a dotted inner border. These subsidiary charges — star, crescent, and sword — are characteristic symbols of the Moldavian voivodal coinage under Peter I. The surrounding circular legend in uncial Latin reads *SIPETRIWOIDV, translating as 'Official coin of Voivode Peter.' A small cross pattée marks the beginning of the legend at the top of the outer field. |
