| Reverse description | Central imperial orb bearing the denomination numeral 24 within a crowned globe, symbolising the coin's value of 1⁄24 Thaler, set within a plain inner circle. Surrounding the orb is a beaded inner border, with the single-word Latin motto DENNOCH (meaning 'Nevertheless') arranged as a circular legend around the periphery, broken at intervals by stops. Small decorative stops or pellets divide the legend. The design follows the standard Kipperzeit-derived small-groschen type common to the Mansfeld counts in the first half of the seventeenth century. |
