Frederick Casimir of Cieszyn-Bielsko ruled a small divided remnant of the Duchy of Teschen, having received Bielsko as a separate holding following the partition of Piast territories in Silesia. His minting activity was brief and geographically constrained — Bielsko never operated a major mint under its own authority for long, which explains why issues attributable to his name and this specific locality remain scarce. MB#10 is among the few documented types from this short window of independent coinage.
