| Descrizione del rovescio | The central field displays the multi-quartered coat of arms of the Principality of Anhalt, surmounted by a decorative mantle or helm crest, incorporating the heraldic devices of the various Anhalt territories including the bear of Anhalt and the chequered arms of Ascania. The surrounding circular legend records the biographical and regnal data of the deceased prince in abbreviated Latin, reading NAT. 24. MART. 1621. MORT. 1667. 4. IUL. Ao REG. 25. CONI. 18., noting his birth on 24 March 1621, death on 4 July 1667, a reign of 25 years, and a marriage of 18 years. The date 1667 appears in the lower portion of the legend.
