| Opis rewersu | Central motif featuring an elaborate Gothic quadrilobe or cross-fleury design set within a beaded inner circle, with decorative foliate cusps filling the four quarters of the field in a manner typical of late medieval German groschen coinage. The cross or quatrefoil element is boldly rendered with interlaced Gothic curves, conveying the ornamental style of the period. A peripheral uncial Latin legend encircles the design within a beaded border, legible only in part due to the irregular hammered flan and die wear. The composition follows conventions established by Meissen-type groschen widely imitated by smaller German municipal mints in the late 14th and early 15th centuries. |
