| Aanvullende informatie |
Constantine of Buttlar served as Prince-Abbot of Fulda from 1714 until his death in 1726, presiding over a house with both ecclesiastical authority and the status of an imperial abbey — meaning Fulda answered to the Emperor, not to any intervening territorial lord. The groschen issues of his final years were struck under that direct imperial immediacy, a privilege the abbey had held since the Carolingian period.
KM#59 covers the two-year window of 1725–1726, making the total production span short by any measure. Constantine died in December 1726, and coinage in his name ceased with him.
