Obverse description Central field features the quartered arms of the Abbey of Fulda within a circular shield, divided into four quarters displaying alternating heraldic motifs including crosses and foliate charges. The shield is surmounted by a princely crown with elaborate foliate and scroll ornaments flanking either side. A fine inner circle frames the arms, with a beaded border running along the coin's periphery. The circular Latin legend surrounds the entire composition, incorporating the date split to either side of the crown, reading ADOLPH·D·G·PR·ET·AB·FVLD with the year 1736.
