Obverse description Central field features the interlaced royal cypher 'FR' (Fridericus Rex) in elaborate cursive script, surmounted by a royal crown. The mint mark 'B' for Breslau (Wrocław) appears beneath the cypher. The coin's border is defined by a fine milled or beaded rim. The design is rendered in a bold, deeply cut style characteristic of Prussian small coinage of the Frederician era.
