Opis awersu	Enthroned frontal figure of the king, depicted in regal attire and wearing a crown, seated upon a decorative throne with architectural elements visible to either side. The monarch holds the customary symbols of royal authority, rendered in the Gothic style characteristic of Lusignan-era Cypriot coinage. Small heraldic devices, including a cross, appear in the lower field flanking the throne. The design is executed in low relief typical of hammered silver coinage of the period.
