Reverse description A long cross fourchee extends to the coin's edge, dividing the reverse into four quarters each containing a trefoil of pellets within a central beaded circle. The cross arms terminate in forked ends characteristic of the fourchee style. Two concentric lines of legend in uncial Latin lettering occupy the outer field, the inner legend reading the mint name and the outer the devotional inscription, all contained between beaded borders.
