| Beschrijving keerzijde | A bold voided long cross extends to the coin's outer edge, dividing the reverse into four equal quarters, each containing a prominent five-pointed mullet (star) at its centre. The mullets are rendered with a central pellet, consistent with the Class B typology of this coinage. An inner beaded circle separates the central cross design from the outer circumscriptional legend. The lettering, struck in uncial Gothic characters, names Aberdeen as the mint of issue and invokes divine protection in abbreviated Latin. |
