| Obverse description | Printed in olive-green and black on a multicolour guilloche underprint with pink and orange rosettes at left and right, the obverse carries the bank title in bold letterpress at the top. A central intaglio vignette presents an aerial view of the Citadelle Laferrière fortress set against a mountainous landscape, framed within an ornate scrollwork cartouche flanked by crowned monogram counters.
