| Opis awersu | The obverse is framed by intricate guilloche borders with the denomination UNE GOURDE in vertical letterpress along each side panel. A circular vignette at upper centre contains the Haitian National Coat of Arms, flanked to the left by an oval portrait vignette of President Fabre Geffrard and to the right by a small panel bearing the numeral 100. The layout is completed by elaborate scrollwork and foliate engraved ornamentation throughout, with the central text block carrying the treasury guarantee legend and a manuscript signature line for the Trésorier Général. |
