Reverse description A tall palm tree, its trunk bent dramatically by a storm wind with fronds swept to one side, stands isolated in the field without any flanking buildings or houses. Above the tree, rays of divine light emanate downward from the Hebrew Tetragrammaton (YHWH) rendered in Hebrew characters within a radiant glory at the top of the field. The scene alludes to William V's personal device of steadfast faith under adversity. The circumferential Latin motto legend is contained between a beaded inner circle and a rope-twist outer border.
