| 裏面の説明 | A large quatrefoil formed by four lobed arches frames a central heraldic composition consisting of five shields: the central shield bears the arms of the Archbishopric of Trier (a red cross on silver), surrounded at the cardinal points by four additional shields representing associated territorial arms, including those of the Electorate of Trier, arranged symmetrically within the quatrefoil. Small trefoil or floral ornaments fill the spandrels between the lobes. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded inner border, with the mint legend inscribed in uncial lettering in the outer circle. |
